钢箱梁施工对车站结构影响分析

摘    要:介绍了深圳地铁2、11号线与广深港客运专线福田车站节点深南大道上立交桥钢箱梁的吊装施工方案,在已施工完毕的地下车站上通过吊车对立交桥进行了钢梁吊装施工。利用数值计算方法,对此吊装过程进行了计算分析,核算了主体结构不利位置的内力和变形,得到在主体结构上进行重载吊装对主体结构的影响结果,确保工程安全。

Abstract:The article introduces the steel box girder hoisting construction scheme of the'Shennan-Yitian Interchange Bridge located on the interchange underground station between Shenzhen Metro Line 2, Line 11 and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen- Hongkong Express Railway Link. Heavy crawler-crane is working on the underground railway station. The hoisting con- struction of bridge steel beam including internal force and deformation of underground railway station structure are calculated and analyzed with numerical analysis to check the impact of heavy hoisting construction on the main structure to ensure con- struction safety.
