高海拔寒区隧道保温材料的选型分析

摘    要:通过对国内外各种保温材料性能、主要技术指标的对比分析,以在建的高海拔寒区隧道为依托,结合理论计算与数值分析手段,对不同敷设方式下各种保温材料的设置厚度及相同厚度不同材料下的各保温材料效果进行了分析。结果表明,不同材料在相同条件下表现出不同的抗防冻效果,但总体差别不大。实际应用中应在上述研究的基础上,结合其安全性、技术性及经济性等方面综合比选。

Abstract:Based on high altitude cold regional tunnel construction and through comparative analysis of the performance and main technical indexes of various insulation materials,this paper studied the thickness of various insulation materials under different laying methods and the effect of different types of insulation materials with the same thickness by theoretical calculation and numerical analysis method.The results showed that different materials display different anti-freeze effect at the same condition and the overall difference was little,practical application should be based on the above research and select the insulation material synthetically by considering its security,technicality and economy.
