铁路防风雪走廊复合材料结构设计与研究

摘    要:精伊霍铁路新疆段所经沿线是雪灾发生严重地区之一,该地区风吹雪灾害给铁路的安全运行带来了极大的隐患。为设置挡风结构以保障列车行驶安全,充分利用复合材料的比强度和比模量高、重量轻、耐疲劳性能优异、耐环境性能和可设计性好等优点,采用MSC.Nastran有限元软件对铁道防风雪走廊复合材料结构进行设计,使其满足结构承载要求,并以此为指导制造出复合材料防风雪走廊。该结构已在精伊霍铁路部分区段成功应用,这将为我国铁路路基防风技术的研究提供良好的参考。

Abstract:The Xinjiang section of the Jing-Yi-Huo Railway is one of the areas where snow calamity occurring most frequently,snow hazard of snow drift has brought a hidden danger to the trains.To ensure safety of train,as the barrier,the structure of windproof corridor shall be used in this region.According to loading conditions,the composites structure,for their superior properties such as high specific strength and stiffness,excellent fatigue and environment resistance,and good designable characterization,is designed with the finite element analysis software MSC.Nastran.Based on the structure design,the windproof and snow-proof corridor is manufactured with the glass fiber multi-axis fabrics reinforced unsaturated polyester composites.For now,it has been successfully applied in some sections of Jing-Yi-Huo Railway,that provides favorable reference to railway groundwork windproof technology in the country.
