组合支架在山区公路现浇箱梁施工中的应用

摘    要:公路桥梁工程中常有现浇箱梁,体积大,重量重,现浇施工时一般采用满堂支架,但在山区公路桥梁中,会遇到复杂地形,出现满堂支架搭设高度过高导致安全性降低等问题,需要对支架搭设进行处理。结合福建宁德至武夷山高速公路A11标现浇箱梁工程实例,对复杂地形下利用钢管桩贝雷桁架配合满堂支架现浇箱梁施工方案进行阐述,供同行参考。

Abstract:Cast-in-place box beams are often used in highway bridges.Full space supports are often used due to its large volume and heavy weight during the construction.For the highway bridges in mountainous area,the erection height of full space supports is often over high due to the complex terrain,which always leads to security problems and leaves support frame to be processed.In this paper,the cast-in-place box beam in bid A11 of expressway between Ningde and Wuyishan in Fujian province is used as an engineering example,the construction scheme of this box beam using steel pipe pile of Bailey truss combined with full space supports are elaborated,which can provide reference for similar projects.
