摘    要:对实际工程中存在的高温污染源除尘问题进行简化,并以此类问题为研究对象,建立相应的模型。通过对气固两相流进行模拟,研究和解决污染源控制问题。对所有的数值模拟结果进行对比分析,总结操作空间流场变化、污染气流轴线速度、粉尘捕集效率等变化规律,得到粉尘最佳控制效果。

Abstract:This paper simplifies dust control problems of high temperature contaminant source in actual engineering, and takes such problems as subjects to build relevant model. Then, the gas-solid two-phase flow simulation is used to research and resolve pollution source control problem. Through comparison and analysis of all the numerical simulation results, change laws including the change of flow field of operatition space, axial velocity of dusty gas flows, dust capture efficiency and so on were summarized. Thus the optimal control effect in each case can be achieved.
