T型管板结点极限承载力分析

摘    要:采用通用有限元程序ANSYS对T型管板节点进行了非线性有限元计算。基于相关流动法则、VonMises屈服条件和更新的Lagrange构形虚位移原理,对影响T型管板节点极限承载力的4个几何参数,即主管直径、主管壁厚、连接板厚度、连接板长度进行了深入分析。通过归纳、总结了该类结点的3种主要破坏模式:节点板屈服破坏模式、主管壁屈服破坏模式、支管局部屈曲破坏模式。

Abstract:Based on relevant flow rule,VonMises yield condition and the virtual displacement principle determined by the updated-Lagrange configuration,nonlinear finite-element analysis of the tube-plate connection of T-shape by ANSYS program is studied in this thesis.The influences of four geometric parameters,which are diameter of the main pipe and thickness of the main pipe and thickness of the gusset and length of the gusset on the ultimate load carrying capacity of the tube-plate connection of T-shape are analyzed.Three typical failure modes,gusset yielding,main pipe excessive plastic deformation failure and branch local buckling are also summarized.
