现浇钢筋混凝土坡屋面施工控制技术

坡屋面因其造型美观、排水顺畅,日益受到广泛应用。但往往由于坡屋面在施工中施工方法选择不当,易造成混凝土浇筑不密实,产生混凝土楼面施工中的一些通病,极易引起屋面渗漏。以东南沿海新建铁路某站房工程大面积现浇钢筋混凝土屋面施工为例,介绍在坡屋面施工过程中应注意的质量控制重点。

Controlling Technology for Cast-in-situ Concrete Sloping Roof Construction

Sloping roof is being widely used with its attractive appearance and smooth drainage. However, due to the inap- propriate construction method of sloping roof, some common mistakes in the construction of concrete floof like incompact- ness of casting, roof leakage. This article takes the construction of large area cast-in-situ concrete sloping roof of a new build railway station house located in the southeast coast as an example to give a brief introduction to the key quality control during the construction of sloping roof.
