长斜井双线正洞隧道施工通风方案优化

摘    要:黄土隧道采用机械开挖,工作面柴油设备总功率相对较大,通过理论分析比较,提出了3个通风方案,通过风量及风压计算,并对可行性方案进行了经济技术比较,确定了采用串联风机压入式通风供风,并且在串联处增设鲜风室作为通风中转站,既能降低风压,实现更长距离通风,还能保证进入串联风机的风不是循环风,提高了供风质量。

Abstract:Great gross power of the diesel equipment is needed for the mechanical excavation of the loess tunnel in the working face.Among the three ventilation schemes gained from theoretical analysis,Forced blower in series for ventilation & air fed is selected through calculation of air input and air pressure and economic contrast of feasible plans.According to the plan,Packaged air box is installed as a ventilation sub-station in the blower connection to reduce the air pressure and ventilate air for long distance.Beside it can insure the air in the blower is not circulated air to improve the air quality.
