高寒地区强风低温环境下桥梁墩身施工控制技术

摘    要:结合新疆哈密地区红柳河至烟墩电气化改造工程,从施工角度对在强风低温环境下桥梁墩身施工控制技术进行了分析和总结。重点论述了在强风、低温施工条件下,通过对脚手架搭设、墩身保温、保湿大棚的搭设、混凝土质量保证的控制、棚内的保温控制等关键技术进行控制,确保了墩身的工程质量。该技术对高寒地区强风低温环境下混凝土的连续施工以及工程抢险具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:This paper introduces in detail the electrification project from the HongLiuhe River to Yandun Hami region in Xinjiang, analyzes and summarizes from the construction point of view construction control technology of bridge piers at the alpine region with strong winds and low temperature environment. Through the control of key technologies like the erection of scaffolding, the pier insulation, moisture shed erection, concrete quality assurance control, the engineering quality of the piers is ensured in condition with strong winds and low temperature. It provides reference for construction continuous con- struction of concrete and engineering rescue with strong winds, and low temperatures in alpine regions.
