| 摘 要： | 京沪高铁苏州北站站台雨棚设计采用单向张弦梁主体结构,通过介绍几何找形分析确定构件加工尺寸、确定吊装方案、安装预应力拉索及张拉设备、合理安排预应力的张拉顺序及分级、索力监测及变形控制等关键施工技术,以及相应的质量及安全保障措施,总结了高速铁路"线正下式"的站台雨棚张弦梁结构的安装方法,形成了张弦梁结构的施工工艺流程。

| Abstract: | The main structure of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Suzhou North Station platform canopy is designed as one-way beam string.The paper introduces the determination the size of the component processing with the geometric form-finding analysis,the lifting scheme,the installation of prestressed cables and tensioning equipment,reasonable arrangements of the prestressed cables’ tension sequence and classification,cable tension monitoring and deformation control,and the corresponding measures of quality and safety security,and summed up the installation method "under line style" of the platform canopy beam string structure in high-speed railway,form the construction process of beam string structure. |
