聚羧酸高性能减水剂在南宁枢纽工程中应用

摘    要:聚羧酸高性能减水剂作为新一代混凝土减水剂,以其优异的性能在高速铁路工程建设中发挥了积极的作用。根据施工现场的试验,在分析了聚羧酸高效减水剂性能特点的基础上,针对桥梁桩基、墩身、承台、现浇梁等结构用混凝土的特殊要求,提出了适合于工程各个部位应用聚羧酸减水剂的性能要求和优选原则,并阐述了聚羧酸减水剂在工程混凝土应用中遇到的问题和解决方案。

Abstract:High performance polycarboxylate water reducing agent as a new generation of concrete water reducing agent, with its superior performance in high speed railway construction has played a positive role in high speed railway construc- tion. According to the test on construction site, based on the analysis of polycarboxylate characteristics, in light of the spe- cial requirement of concrete used in bridge pile foundation, pier, pile cap, cast-in-place beam structure, the paper puts forward selection principles and requirements of suitable polycarboxylate water reducer in every engineering parts, and elab- orates the problems encountered and solutions to the application of the polycarboxylate agent in engineering concrete.
