大倾角长大通风斜井隧道施工技术

摘    要:白云隧道通风斜井工程地质及水文地质条件复杂,通风斜井倾角23.5°,洞身长度超过1 000 m,工期紧,施工难度较大。结合白云隧道通风斜井的施工,介绍了大倾角长大通风斜井隧道的施工技术。白云隧道通风斜井在施工过程中合理引入矿山设备,并充分借鉴同类斜井的施工经验,有效解决了大倾角条件下斜井开挖、出碴运输和衬砌施工中的难题。

Abstract:Baiyun Tunnel ventilation shaft is characterized by complex geological and hydrologic geology engineering condition with a inclined ventilation shaft angle of 23.5°,hole length over 1000m,and the construction is made even more difficult by tight construction period.In combination with Baiyun Tunnel ventilation shaft construction,the paper introduces the large angle inclined ventilation shaft tunnel construction techniques.Mining equipments are introduced during the Baiyun Tunnel ventilation shaft construction,and similar inclined shaft construction experience is made full use,which provides effective solution to difficulties encountered in inclined shaft excavation under the condition of large dip angle,lining,slag transportation.
