| 摘 要： | 针对大型物流企业运营质量评价问题，讨论了评价指标的选取原则，提出了评价运营质量的10项关键指标和模糊综合评判方法。结合在大型物流企业获得的调研数据，详细说明了对其运营质量进行模糊综合评判的方法和步骤。该方法能将定性分析和定量分析统一起来，使评价结果更为客观可信。

| Abstract: | For the operational quality evaluation of large-scale logistics enterprises, the principle-of-choice of the evaluation indexes was discussed. Then, 10 key performance indices and a fuzzy synthetic evaluation method for the operational quality were put forward.
