摘    要:杭州湾跨海大桥位于强潮河口浅海湾内,其基础工程处在潮差大、水流急、含砂量高和海水腐蚀性强等恶劣环境中,钢管桩防腐蚀采用三层熔结环氧粉末涂敷。钢管桩涂装生产线,日最大涂敷能力达6 800 m2,涂敷工艺处于国内领先水平,涂敷质量优于其他工艺。

Abstract:Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge is being built over the shallow bay area in the vicinity of strong tidal estuary.The foundations of the Bridge are located in the harsh environment where the tidal difference is great,water current is swift,sand content is high and seawater corrosion is severe.In corrosion protection of the steel pipe piles of the foundations,the techniques of applying three-coat melting epoxy powder to the piles are adopted.The maximum capacity of the applying production line for the piles is up to 6 800 m~2 per day,the applying workmanship thereof ranks the leading place in China and the applying quality is superior over that with other workmanship.
