精益化生产控制的应用

通过收集生产线上的基本运行数据--运行周期、堵塞、缺料、故障时间及其他数据,然后进行计算,得出工位实际有效的工作时间,再和其他工位的实际有效工作时间进行比较,得出某个工位是生产线上的瓶颈工位。后期根据上述信息,对此瓶颈工位进行优化改进,从而满足整体产能的需要。
