| Abstract: | Based on relevant principles of game theory, the gaming process between the owners and the managers in enterprises is analysed from the aspect of imperfect information transmission, and that it is difficult to balance the relationship between the two sides is concluded. Furthermore, some corresponding proposals are put forward to solve the information asymmetry problems between them. |
