| 摘 要： | 在分析板料成形过程中摩擦特性的基础上,概括和总结了板料成形数值模拟过程中的摩擦模型,提出了摩擦接触节点的控制面积方法,最后运用自主开发的三维板料成形数值模拟软件SHEET3D对不等深盒形件进行了数值模拟,考察了不同的摩擦因子对成形的影响.
