进离场分离条件下的扇区划分模型研究

摘    要:为了降低空域的工作负荷,提高空域扇区运行的安全性及简便性,在利用空域管制员工作负荷统计模型的基础上,提出了在进离场航路分离的条件下,按照空域功能同一性为优化原则进行的终端空域扇区优化划分模型。通过将飞行航段作为扇区优化的基本单元进行搜索,形成不同于传统地理性划扇的树状扇区,最大限度降低空域扇区间产生的移交与协调负荷。通过对上海终端区扇区划分的实例表明,功能性划扇由于使得扇区工作任务单一且大大降低了移交负荷,能够有效降低空域的管制工作负荷与管制工作难度。

Abstract:The route segments were used as basic cells of sector optimum partition for the decrease of the airspace workload.The optimum units were searched according to the function of airspace based on the separation of arrival and departure route.The cooperative workload decreased at minimum amount between sectors of terminal area,as well as the overall workload.The optimum result of Shanghai Terminal Area shows that the functional sectorization case is flexible and easier to control with lower ATC workload and is safe compared with the traditional geographical sectorization.
