培养心肌细胞缺血性损伤的细胞化学定量研究

摘    要:本文利用图象分析系统(Texture Analysis System TAS)动态观察了缺血早期心肌细胞内乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)及糖原(PAS)的变化规律,TAS 的定量细胞化学表明,缺血早期LDH 活性呈双相改变,缺血60分钟LDH 活性有所增高,至120分钟明显下降;但SDH 活性在缺血60分钟已明显降低,SDH 活性下降早于并重于LDH 活性的改变.

Abstract:The alleration patterns of tactate dehydrogenase(LDH),succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)and glycogen(positive substance of periodic acid/Schitt reaction,PAS)in cultured heart cells were observed by means ofTexture Analysis System(TAS)in the early stage ofischemia.The results of the quantitative cellular chemistryindicate that the change of LDH activity is of biphase.LDH activity has a little increase at 60 min followingischemia but decrease rema-kably at 120 min.However,the decrease of SDH activity is detectable at 60 min fol-lowing ischemia and the change is earlier and more obvi-ous than that of LDH activity.
