| 摘 要： | 针对目前基于GPS浮动车的交通信息采集系统相关研究不够系统、深入，导致大量有用基础数据浪费、输出交通数据质量偏低、系统运行效率不高而成本较高等问题，设计了一种基于GPS浮动车交通信息采集系统的逻辑结构，系统关键技术的分析、介绍，为应用系统的开发与实现奠定了基础。
