Abstract:Thermal simulation and metallographic testing methods are applied to study two forms of heat distortion recrystallization of ELCBH steel sheet with Nb treatment and Nb+Ti treatment.The test result shows that the adding of Ti element is favorable to the forming of heat distortion recrystallization under static state.And the higher the temperature is,the more complete the recrystallization will be.Over adding of Ti element not only eliminates separation of NbN and AlN,but also reduce separation of NbC to some extent,which weakens restraining on heat distortion recrystallization under static state.
