发动机功率检测方法及误差研究

摘    要:论述了稳态测功和动态测功的测功原理,在此基础上分析了两种测功方法的误差来源,通过实车试验对测功中存在的误差进行了定量研究。结果表明,发动机功率测量的主要误差来源是原理误差、测量误差和使用误差;如果测试严格遵守操作规程,则发动机分析仪动态测功结果能完全满足精度要求。

Abstract:This paper discusses the principle of steady power measuring and dynamic power measuring,then analyzes the source of errors of the two kinds of power measuring methods.By means of actual vehicle measurement,quantitatively researches the errors of the power measuring.It can be found from the results that the main sources of errors are theory errors,measuring errors and using errors.If the measurement is carried out properly,the measuring results of engine analyzer can meet the accuracy requirement completely...
