摘    要:分析了凤神蓝鸟EQ7200-I车门受力状况,结果表明车门装配过程中的新增重是车门下沉的主要原因,新增重量产生的摩擦力矩约为车门总摩擦力矩的94.6%。因此控制车门二次下挠变形实际意义很大。另外,分析了车门限位拉杆偏斜导致车门开关涩阻问题。

Abstract:Stress status of the door of EQ7200-I Fengshen Blue Bird Car was analysed.The results indicate new additional weight of the door is the main cause of the door deformation.The friction torque of the additional weight corresponds to 94.6% of total friction torque.As a result,it is significant to control second deformation of the door.And it is analysed that the door limit rod deflection results in the door rubbing.
