葡萄糖酸锌抗矽肺脂质过氧化作用的临床观察

摘    要:应用100mg/dZn对32名矽肺患者连续用药180天后,观察血清脂质过氧化作用产物丙二醛(MDA)和血红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性水平的动态改变,以评价Zn的抗矽肺质过氧化作用,结果表明患者MDA,SOD均显著下降(P<0.01),提示Zn的强化在一定程度上具有抗脂过氧化作用,通过抗LPO,而延缓与阻抑矽肺发展。

Abstract:In order to appraise the function of Zn against lipid peroxidation, the dynamic changes of malonyl dialdehyde(MDA) of lipid peroxidational products in serum and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in blood red cells were observed after 32 silicosis patients had taken 100mg Zn per day for 180 days.The results showed that both MDA and SOD of patients descended remarkably(P<0.0l) It suggested that Zn had some effect on against lipid peroxidation. It depress and inhibit silicosirs developerment by anti-LPO.
