| 摘 要： | 公物的变更是指为某项公共目的使用公物或停止使用该项公物的行为。当前,存在大量借用公共利益的名义,任意变更公物用途的行为,作者希望通过本文能够对我国公物的变更提供一些理论依据,并对公物变更的实践有一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | The change of public property is that the public property is used or discontinued to use for some public purpose.Currently,a lot of action of arbitrarily changing public property's purpose exists in the name of the public interest.The article is aimed to offer some theory basis to the change of public property and have some guidance effect to practice of the change of public property. |
