外贴纤维布加固超载后钢筋混凝土桥梁构件抗弯性能试验

摘    要:结合24根钢筋混凝土(RC)梁的超载试验,对不同的超载幅值、加载次数以及配筋率的钢筋混凝土桥梁构件的受弯承载力加固效果进行了比较分析。对12根外贴纤维布加固超载后裂损的钢筋混凝土梁与12根超载后未加固的钢筋混凝土梁进行对比试验研究,分析了超载对钢筋混凝土构件使用性能的影响规律,比较了外贴纤维布加固不同超载幅值超载损伤后的钢筋混凝土构件的加固效果。试验结果表明:外贴纤维布加固超载后裂损的钢筋混凝土梁加固效果的主要影响因素是预加荷载幅值和配筋率。

Abstract:A series of 24 reinforced concrete overload beams were tested to study the effect using FRP composites reinforcement.With the value and the times of overload and the ratio of reinforcement as the main change parameters,the damage caused by overload and reinforcement effect was studied.The performance of 12 beams with external flexure reinforcement was compared to that of 12 beams without external reinforcement.The influence of overload on highway bridge members' flexural performance was evaluated.The reinforcement effect of different overload values was compared with each other.The experiment result indicates that increasement rate of reinforcement in ultimate strength is influenced by the value and overload of the percentage of reinforcement.
