基于EN50126标准的铁路联调联试安全分析

摘    要:根据测试目的和测试内容,基于EN50126标准对铁路联调联试进行安全分析。安全分析流程包括前期准备、危害识别、风险分析、风险控制和剩余风险分析5个步骤。采用风险矩阵法确定风险分析和剩余风险分析中危害事件的可能性、危害程度和风险等级。对高风险事件进行整改并进行再分析,直至高风险事件状态关闭。将此安全分析方法应用于沙特阿拉伯麦加轻轨联调联试项目中,识别出危害事件并对其进行整改,为联调联试项目安全顺利完成提供技术支持。
