| 摘 要： | 以某货车车架为原型,研究车架的实际工况、载荷条件,以建立合理的力学模型,对车架进行强度、刚度进行系统的分析,提出合理的结构尺寸优化方案,在满足强度、刚度性能条件下,体积减少了23.9%。

| Abstract: | The actual conditions of the frame and load conditions were studied according to the original frame, and a reasonable mechanical model was established. The strength and the stiffness of the frame were analyzed, and a reasonable structure size optimization was proposed. Under the conditions of meeting the strength and stiffness performance, volume is decreased by 23.9%. |
