摘    要:现浇管桩具有地基适应性强,施工质量易于控制,承载力高、总沉降量小、质量检测简便、操作性强的特点.也就是可以以柔性桩的成本,达到刚性桩的效果。随着现浇管桩大面积的推广和应用,将会产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The currently-poured concrete foundations, easy for controlling of construction pile has many advantages, such as strong adaptability to quality, high capacity for bearing, small settlement, simple for quality examination, good for operation, that is the rigid-pile-effect can be got as the cost of flexible pile. With the popularization and application of this technique, good economic effect and social effect will be got.
