| 摘 要： | 探讨国有企业融资行为中存在的问题，特别对我国企业融资途径的局限性及不良因素进行了讨论。在对国外一些企业融资行为的分析、总结和对比的基础上，建议我国在加快企业制度改革的同时，应进一步拓宽融资渠道，改善融资环境和加速产权制度的创新。

| Abstract: | The problem of the financing behavior of the state-owned enterprises is discussed in this paper, especially referring to the limits and the unhealthy factors in the financing channels of our state-owned enterpr ises. Based on the analysis, summing-up and comparison with the financing methods of foreign state-owned enterprises, suggestions are presented here to broaden the financing channels, to improve our financing environmeat and to accel erate the innovation of the property ownership system while at the same time qui ckening our steps in the reformation of our enterprise system. |
