新加坡电力蓄电池双能源工程车空电混合制动联调试验的仿真系统研究

摘    要:机车空电混合制动条件下的制动系统测试是研制高性能制动系统的必要手段。通过构建机车的制动速度模型,利用MVB网络通信技术,应用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW搭建了新加坡电力蓄电池双能源工程车空电混合制动联调试验的仿真系统。系统运行结果表明,这种仿真方法满足空电混合制动技术的试验要求。

Abstract:The measurement of the brake system at terms of pneumatic-electric blending brake is a key element in the investigation of high-performance brake system.The brake speed model for locomotive was established and network communications of MVB was adopted.In addition,the simulation system of pneumatic-electric blending brake unit testing for Singapore double energy battery electric locomotive was established by using LabVIEW,a powerful development environment for virtual instrument.The running of simulation system shows that the functions meet measuring requirements of pneumatic-electric blending brake.
