SCS动车组预期噪声的仿真分析

摘    要:以SCS动车组为研究对象,建立了城际动车组车辆高频噪声分析的整车SEA仿真模型,分析中空铝型材的等效隔声处理方式,对比分析仿真和实测的室内各部位的噪声声压级,验证仿真的准确性。找出城际动车组的噪声控制的薄弱环节,从而指导设计出舒适、低噪声的轨道车辆。

Abstract:Taking SCS EMU as an object of research,this paper builds a full vehicle SEA simulation model for high frequency noise analysis of intercity EMU,analyzes the equivalent sound insulation mode of hollow aluminum profile,contrastively analyzes the simulation and testing results of sound pressure level of everywhere in vehicle interior,and verifies the veracity of the simulation result.So we could find the weakness point of intercity EMU noise control,in order to scheme out comfortable low noise rail vehicles.
