| 摘 要： | 智能汽车作为一种全新的汽车概念和汽车产品，不久的将来会成为汽车生产和汽车市场的主流产品，对智汽车的概念、研究内容、技术关键、最终目标及国内外研究现状进行了分析讨论，指出了在中国开展智能汽车系统研究的必要性，紧迫性和应注意的几个问题。
