摘    要:为了进一步完善内河交通工程学,弥补航道网规划、航道升级改造理论依据不足的缺陷,结合京杭运河施桥船闸多年的实际运行资料,应用数理统计原理,提出了内河航道设计小时交通量的概念,研究了航道设计小时交通量系数,讨论了设计小时时位的稳定性,并给出了具体的计算方法和计算公式。研究表明:内河航道设计小时交通量取第200位最高小时流量最为稳定,设计小时交通量系数在0.14~0.19之间。

Abstract:In order to realize accurately the transformation between design-hour traffic volume and design-year traffic volume,make up for the deficiency of waterway net planning,we proposed the concept of inland waterway design-hour traffic volume.According to the data of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Shiqiao Lock,the coefficient of design-hour traffic volume of inland waterway was studied,the stability of design-hour was analyzed,and the specific calculation methods and formula were given.The results show that the first 200-hour maximum flow of inland waterway design-hour traffic volume is the most stable,and the coefficient of design-hour traffic volume is between 0.14~0.19.
