| 摘 要： | 阐述了发动机缸内机油主要通过活塞环"泵油"、机油因往复运动惯性力作用被抛入气缸、机油通过环开口间隙流入燃烧室以及缸壁油膜蒸发损耗等途径消耗,影响发动机缸内机油消耗的因素主要有缸套活塞组件的设计和变形、发动机的运行工况、机油压力和机油本身品质等。

Analysis on Oil Consumption Mechanism and Affecting Factors in Cylinder of Engine |

| Abstract: | Based on relationship between oil consumption and PM emission, this paper presents the oil consumption mechanism and affecting factors in cylinder of engine. Piston ring "pumping oil", oil flow through the ring gap and evaporation of oil from liner surface are main ways of oil consumption. A lot of factors affecting oil consumption such as design and deformation of liner piston, operating condition of engine, oil pressure, character of oil have been described. |
