| 摘 要： | 公路交通信息化中的一个主要问题就是公路出行信息服务的针对性不强，不清楚选择何种信息发布方式、出行者需要什么样的信息内容及服务内容。通过大量的抽样调查、数据融合及挖掘等过程，最终解决公路出行信息服务针对性不强的问题，从而为公路出行信息服务系统的建设内容抉择、信息发布方式选择、交通信息化标准体系的建设等提供支持。
