| Abstract: | The Specifications of Charging by Bill of Quantities in Construction Works was put into implementation on July1,2003. The charging by bill of quantities in tendering and bidding for projects benefits the evaluation on bids being carried out scientifically and impartially, and embodies the principle of fair competition of tendering and bidding and the principle of reasonable share of risks by both the employer and the contractor, advantageous to the control of engineering claims. |
