摘    要:随着社会需求的不断发展,对特种车的承载能力要求越来越高,而机械结构等的设计越来越轻型化,这对特种车的设计提出了更高的要求,因此需对特种车进行结构优化分析与设计。基于此,针对特种车某承力轴进行优化设计,文章以轴通孔直径和承力面直径为优化参数,在ANSYS中进行模型的建立与分析,得到了较合适的优化参数,为设计人员进行特种车零部件优化设计提供参考。

Optimization Design and Analysis of a Load Bearing Shaft of Semi Trailer Based on ANSYS

Abstract:With the continuous development of social needs,the requirements for special vehicles are that their bearing capacity is increasing,and the design of mechanical structure is becoming more and more lightweight,which puts forward higher requirements for the design of special vehicles,so it is necessary to carry out structural optimization analysis and design.Based on this,the bearing shaft of a special vehicle is optimized.Taking the through-hole diameter and bearing surface diameter as the optimization parameters,the model is established and analyzed in ANSYS,and the more appropriate optimization parameters are obtained,which provides reference for designers to carry out the optimization design of special vehicles.
