“互联网+”信息化教育背景下高校教师角色定位与课程改革探析——以《高校汽车电控技术课程改革》为例

摘    要:“互联网+”和教育信息化发展对高校教师教学提出了新的职责与使命,同时给教师进一步全面发展的契机,要求教师打破传统旧范式教学模式重新认识和定位自己的角色,成为教学组织的管理者,激发学生的求知欲和创造力的引导者,保证自身与学生身心健康的保健者。以《汽车电控技术》课程为例,利用现代技术手段开发教学资源、合理设计教学内容,因材施教,个性化培养学生,提倡本科生专业课导师制,侧重实践教学环节,准确测评教学与学习效果,以适应“新工科”背景下对学生具备知识能力、技术能力、学术能力、社会能力和个人效能的发展要求。

Abstract:"Internet+"and education informatization for the college teachers’new teaching responsibility and mission under the Background of emerging engineering discipline,and also the opportunity of further comprehensive development.Request the teacher to break the traditional teaching model to recognize the old paradigm and define its role again to become administrators of teaching organization,stimulate and guide students'curiosity and creativity of study,guarantee their and students'physical and mental health as care provider.Through"Automobile Electronic Control Technology"course teaching practicing their new roles,adopt modern technology to develop teaching resources,design reasonably teaching content under their aptitude,train students individually,promote the tutorial system for undergraduate course,focus on the practice teaching link,accurately evaluate the teaching and learning effect,adapt to the emerging engineering disciplin requirements for students with intellectual ability,technical skills,academic ability,social ability and the personal effectiveness.
