| Abstract: | This paper expounds the concept of MTM,analyzes MTM-UAS,and describes how to apply MTM in the labor load assessment of the early planning of automobile transmission factory,so as to ensure the rationality of the personnel quantity assessment in the early planning of a new factory,avoid the personnel waste after production,and improve the operational efficiency. |
