In view of the research on the ways of cultivating the teaching innovation consciousness of the practical teachers in local colleges and universities,this paper probes into the effective ways of cultivating the teaching innovation ability of the teachers,breaks the current Obsolete Teaching Environment,and awakens the teachers'consciousness of continuous innovation,to make the innovative teaching idea more in line with the national requirements into the daily teaching behavior and norms of teachers,to influence and educate students with thoughts and actions,so that the students can be trained to adapt to the fierce competition in the new century.
