| Abstract: | Along with the economical development, the city construction speed is more and more quick, speaking of its property development investment, the new town, the old city because of its different geographical position, the natural environment, the population environment and the cultural environment have the fit and unfit quality respectively, two city merits and the inferiority will also affect and the change property development investment aspect, the article carry on the discussion from following several aspects. |
