摘    要:随着经济的发展,城市的建设速度越来越快,就其房地产开发投资而言,新城、旧城因其不同的地理位置、自然环境、人口环境和文化环境而各有优劣,两城区的优点和劣势也将影响和改变房地产开发的投资方面,文章将从以下几个方面进行探讨。

Abstract:Along with the economical development, the city construction speed is more and more quick, speaking of its property development investment, the new town, the old city because of its different geographical position, the natural environment, the population environment and the cultural environment have the fit and unfit quality respectively, two city merits and the inferiority will also affect and the change property development investment aspect, the article carry on the discussion from following several aspects.
