摘    要:随着CAD/CAM技术的发展,不仅对用于工件检测的测量机的性能和精度提出了更高的要求,同时对测量软件及方法也有了新的需求。结合三坐标测量机测量软件ARCO CAD,以发动机曲轴锻件为检测对象,从数模导入、找正、拾取理论值、元素检测、报表输出等多个关键方面,对基于3D数模的三坐标测量机检测技术进行了深入剖析。

Abstract:With the development of CAD/CAM technology,It not only makes new demands for the performance and precision of CMM,but also has new needs of the measuring software. By means of ARCO CAD,dealing with engine Crankshaft Forging as measuring object,the measuring technology,based on 3D CAD model,was analyzed from some key aspects such as data exchange,alignment,element measuring,nominal data acquisition and report output.
