摘要：	"两年来,全国各级海(水)上搜救中心共组织、协调、指挥搜救行动4395次,组织、协调各类船艇16695艘次、飞机747架次;在我国搜救责任区成功救助42267名遇险人员,搜救成功率达96.4%,较此前的两年提高0.1个百分点,平均每天救起58人,海上应急搜救水平显著提高。"
