按高切坡治理技术的发展,提出了现代环境治理发展阶段.根据对边坡岩土体自稳能力的利用程度将治理技术重新分为挡墙类、支挡类、锚固技术和生态护坡技术4类.按“动态法设计、信息法施工”要求提出了高切坡治理的总原则.并对集勘察、设计、施工、监测互为一体的动态法设计、信息法施工的现代综合治理技术进行了探讨和展望.
