| 摘 要： | 工作分解结构(WBS)是项目管理的核心工具之一。基于轨道交通工程项目特点,阐述了WBS对于轨道交通工程项目管理的重要意义,分析了适合轨道交通工程项目的WBS结构形式,提出了轨道交通工程项目工作分解方法及其注意事项。结合西安轨道交通工程项目实际,给出了轨道交通工程项目WBS的编制实例。

| Abstract: | Work break structure(WBS)is one of the core tools for project management.Due to the characters of metro project,the importance of the application of WBS in metro project management is pointed out,the form of WBS for metro project and the method used to breakdown metro project are analyzed,other important issues also discussed in detail.At last,the work-breakdown process of Xi'an Metro project is analyzed as an example for other metro projects,and the effect of the application of WBS is evaluated. |
