| 摘 要： | 结合为某军工企业开发的科技成果申报管理系统，提出了基于WORD模板的科技成果申报系统的解决方案，以WORD文档作为申报流程中的流转媒介，结合关系数据库技术和模块化的软件设计技术，实现WORD和数据库之间的数据交互，保证了申报流程的高效运转，实现了申报流程的“无纸化”管理。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a solution of scientific and technological achievements declaring system based on word document, which is used in a declaring procedure for a machine manufacturing enterprise. The fundamental ideas and implementation methods of the system are explained. The system combined with the relation database and modality software design technology, it take the word document as the medium of the procedure, and implement the communication between the word andDatabase. The system assure the efficiency of the procedure, finally it really implements the electronic management in the declaring procedure. |
