摘    要:近年来随着城市小汽车保有量的迅猛增长,有限的停车设施已不能满足日益增长的停车需求.鉴于此,提出了停车资源共享的方法来缓解供需矛盾.通过分析配建停车设施、路内停车设施及路外公共停车设施的服务特点及三者之间的关系,综合考虑停车需求时空资源分布的不均衡性及管理中挖潜的必要性,理清了停车资源共享实施的四个方面:单个建筑物范围内停车资源的规范化和挖潜、相邻建筑物间配建停车位的共享、路内停车资源的利用和路外公共停车场的建设,由此提出基于共享理念的停车资源配置框架体系,分别从现状调查、停车供需矛盾分析、方案配置以及预测模型等方面对停车资源共享配置理念进行了全面阐述,并结合实际算例对停车共享效率进行了分析评价,为解决我国停车问题提供了指导和借鉴.

Abstract:Nowadays, the number of cars has been increased rapidly, but there aren't enough parking facilities due to the limited land resources. Therefore, the parking resource sharing method is raised to relieve the imbalance between the supply and demand. This paper analyzes the relationships among the accessory parking facilities, side parking lots and the public parking facilities. Then considering the unbal- ance in space-time of the parking resource and the necessity of potential tapping of management, four aspects in shared parking are mentioned which are the normalization and potential tapping of a single build- ing, the shared parking of adjacent building, the utilization of side parking lots and the construcion of public parking facilities. In this case, the shared parking network is mentioned and evaluated through the investigation, the analysis of the imbalance between the supply and demand and the prediction models. The efficiency of the parking resource sharing method is tested in real case, which is proved to be useful to solve the parking problem in China.
