摘    要:为保证人体健康,应严格限制汽车用塑料中汞的含量,采用微波消解技术作为前处理手段,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定汽车塑料材料中的汞元素。试验中对仪器的参数设置和内标元素进行了优化,考察了微波消解方法与体系的影响。试验证明硝酸/过氧化氢的混和介质能快速有效地消解聚乙烯塑料样品,方法的检出限低,相对标准偏差小,加标回收率高,该方法具有良好的可行性和可靠性。

Determination of Mercury in Automotive Plastics by Microwave Digestion-ICP-MS
Abstract:In order to assure people's health, the contents of Hg in the automotive plastics must be strictly restricted Using microwave digestion technique as pre processing means, the contents of Hg of automotive plastics is determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The parameter setting and the internal standard elements of the instrument were optimized. The influence of microwave digestion method and system was investigated. The experiment proved that the polyethylene plastics sample can be digested by the mixtures of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide rapidly and effectively. The detection limits of the method was low, relative standard deviation was small and the recovery was high. This method has good reliability and feasibility.
