| 摘 要： | 在如今的国际国内市场上,企业并购风起云涌,其并购后的经济效应也越来越受到重视。本文首先简要介绍了企业并购效应的含义,并对我国当今企业并购效应做了简要描述,最后对如何充分发挥我国企业并购的经济效应提出了相应建议。
